"How I went from a financial & forensic auditor in the corporate world of finance to an interior designer…"
I have been on the other side of the chain as a client, hiring interior designers and architects, who could lead the entire process of complex Shell & Core projects and who would not only understand my vision but also have the expertise to bring the projects to life seamlessly.
In the end, I successfully collaborated with a skilled architect www.stanokozuch.eu who not only executed my vision but also took the time to explain and teach me the reasons behind every design element selection and decision made throughout the process. Together, we achieved the successful completion of the complex renovation of two apartments in Central Europe, turning what initially seemed like a challenge into a rewarding and enlightening experience. I managed both design projects remotely from Dubai, with regular updates and site visits involving lots of traveling back and forth.
I've come to realise that I genuinely enjoyed the entire process of interior design projects - from delving into technical drawings and creating brand-new layout dispositions through working with diverse materials, textures, and various design elements to navigating the collaboration with various building professions to complete the projects successfully.

Taking lots of courses and studies focused on interior design, I transitioned from the role of a client to a dedicated interior designer.
With both the Czech diploma and qualification from INTERMEZZO www.intermezzo.cz and international qualification certificates at UGREEN www.ugreen.io, The Design Cure Academy wwwthedesigncure.com, SketchUp and Layout courses with The Little Design Corner www.thelittledesigncorner.com, and others, including those from the UK at the National Design Academy www.nda.ac.uk, I am now embracing a career that I am passionate about.
My firsthand experience fuels my commitment to providing a comprehensive and client-focused approach that caters specifically to the unique needs and preferences of each client. With a fusion of creativity, a global outlook, and a strong foundation in organisation and management, I aim to create spaces that resonate with individuals, reflecting their stories and lifestyles, and turning their design dreams into reality.

What I believe sets my journey apart is the influences I bring from my extensive international experiences. Living in diverse countries, including Switzerland, Russia, the United Arab Emirates, and Central Europe has exposed me to a rich palette of lifestyles, design styles, and cultural diversities. These experiences have given me a global perspective and I believe they have deepened my sense of the universal language of design.
Living abroad for a long time, I was able to not only embrace those new cultures but also to develop my organisational and managerial skills due to negotiations with various local professions to shape all living spaces that were tailored to the ever-changing needs of my family and our daily lives. This included mainly three big moves and setting up interiors in three huge villas in Dubai.

Having once been in your position as a client, I understand the profound desire to shape or transform your home to the best possible level.
Having personally undergone and followed the whole design process with my own properties, I bring not just professional expertise but a genuine appreciation for the client's perspective. I also effectively managed substantial financial resources with strategic acumen and attention to detail, signing off every single order and approving every tender quotation - as a client. Now I can appreciate how overwhelmed you might feel with the whole process. And that is my mission - to help you feel happy and ready for the design journey and transformation of your space.
